So..........what forum am I suppose to post on???

What I don't get is all these people  who rarely if ever post who come storming in, demanding that everyone kowtow.

I wouldn't dream of waltzing into someplace and starting to tell people what they can and can't say. It's rude.  If you ever want to see me turn into The Hulk, tell me I CAN'T say something.  (Ask my mom and dad. They'll tell ya. If I get shushed, I turn it up to eleven!)

PS. Doing any artwork lately, JolenaP?
I did a painting and my HUSBAND tells me he wants to "buy" it from me! Such a goofball. I took his dang money, though.

Yes that is what is most annoying! If they are a regular and have a strong opinion, you can kind of understand it (not agree with it.........but understand it). But when these morons that you don't see on here for months and months and months decide to pop in and dictate who is worthy of posting on the forum and who is not...........I get extremely irritated!

She reminds me so much of the guy a few months ago that started a thread ranting about how some of us need to "get off *HIS* board!"

Oh yeah. I remember that.

Funny.

I actually laughed when I read it now that I think of it.

Aww he sounds like a real keeper. :)   Yes, as a matter of fact, I started a new "job" on monday and finished it by wed nite for a coworker who wanted a portrait for his wife.  Their 21st anniversary.  That was fun to do..I wouldve added a background but he didnt give me enough time!  He was pleased with the results and I got 50 dollars richer!  Makes me feel okay about the $65 I spent treasure hunting today. .  I got so many cool things including a beautiful wall painting for 12 dollars. It stopped me in my tracks. Its HUGE too...will really look nice on my wall!

Excellent on both counts!!!

I looove treasure hunting! One of my favorite things to do of all time. You did a great job on that portrait. It's wonderful!

I just realized today that I have way too many armoires and radio cabinets that I've painted. I hauled this one up to my bedroom.

And I have another one sitting in my hallway!

AND another one in my laundry room, for cryin' out loud.

I found a desk at the Habitat ReStore for FIVE BUCKS!
I painted it up and it's in my kitchen now.

Thanks :) You do such beautiful work!  I am reminded of a patchwork quilt.  I love the different variety of colors and designs!

I love painting furniture! It takes up a whole lotta space, though!

Thanks, Jolene!
