Have you sold your clothes?
If you have the patience to sell things and ship them one by one, then definitely ebay. My tip is to pad the price a little bit and offer free shipping. USPS flat rate is 4.95 and you can ship nearly any article of clothing in those boxes without needing to go up a price level. If for example you start something at 6.99 with free shipping you will almost certainly sell it at a higher price than if you started it at 2.00 with 5.00 shipipng.
If that is too time consuming, I recommend going through and making a list of all your best items and then posting to Craigslist as a "bulk" sale. Like "30 women's items sizes 1x-3x" or something. Let someone offer you a couple of hundred for everything or let people come by and pick out pieces for a flat price like $5 each.
Unless you have something truly special, even your favorite stuff isn't going to bring anywhere near the money you paid for it. Remember at this point, the money is gone. Anything you can recoup is great and is better than giving it away for free or letting it rot in your closet. For things that repeatedly don't sell, donate to charity. At least you can get a tax deduction for that.
