I am in HELL
I call mine a psycho band. There just seems no reason at all as to why the same thing can go down fine one day and not the next. I have ate steak or chicken and had go down fine..........then a couple of hrs. later I might have a yogurt and it doesn't want to go down.
Doesn't really bother me when I'm at home, but when I go out to eat I do get annoyed when I go to a nice restaurant and then it hits.
I know exactly how you feel. You're not alone with this problem. I get so annoyed to say the least when I cook something after work and spend time preparing it only to throw it in the garbage or refrigerating it for another time. Can't figure the band out. All I know is that if I have something hot before it tends to make thing go down better. Especially in morning. I always start with coffee and then a small up of instant oatmeal or farina. It sets me up if I want an egg or something else. I do right everything down. Your weight loss is great..keep up the good work...
