Have you actually analysed your diet and your day? Try writing everything down to see if a pattern emerges. So time, food, quantity, cooking method, state of mind, level of stress, amount of liquid drunk, pressure of eating in company etc..

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
Was there anything different? Weekend lie- in so hungrier? Later previous night so tired? TOM?
But that sounds tight! I could never eat egg on toast for breakfast, but if broth isn't going down....!

nope nothing different this is been a every other day thing for a week I guess now. Tomorrow I will be fine and can eat perfectly then Tues. I will be in hell again and on the days I do eat it is correct portions and choices so it isn't like I am overindulging and paying for it the next day I just don't know whats going on
Ugh...I had that problem when I had my band. One day I would be able to eat everything under the sun like there was no band and then the next day I would have trouble even drinking liquids.
I don't have much advice because I could never find the solution, but I do understand that it is miserable. I am sorry you are going through this.
Hopefully someone else can come up with an idea that will work for you. If it doesn't get better, you may need to get an unfill.

Same thing I have faced for 5 years, one day I can eat another day I can not. I noticed it was exasterbated during my menstral period. I can eat more for about 2 days before my menstration and hardly a bite the first 2 days of.
I also have noticed that if I drink a glass of wine with dinner the next morning and afternoon, I am more restricted and it doesn't matter how many glasses of water I drink during and after dinner to make sure I stay hydrated due to the wine's dehydrating properties.
It is just an unknown; but, apparently others go through the same thing.
