While many are not hungry at all I was famished from day 1. With each change in what foods I was allowed to eat I was good for a while but then, far from the next phase I would be starving again. I hate saying this, but I had to decide that I would do whatever it took to succeed and if that meant being hungry for a time, so be it. During that time I did allow myself frequent snacks, about every 2 hours, of some small amount of protein. Nothing else.
When you get to solid food it will be better, but you have to remember you may not get that sense of satiety until after several fills. This is called Banster Hell, and yes, it really is. This is the part where you hang on by your fingernails and say, "I have held on this far so I can make it one more day, or one more hour". You will gain real strength to continue on your journey by hanging in there.
With that being said, I did not suffer silently. I griped, complained, and whined. But, I made it! You can too. I still whine a lot when I have to do liquids for 2 days after a fill, and yes, it is nearly unbearable, however, the benefits make it worthwhile.
Good luck, and know that we who have gone before are rooting for you.
