What's on your grocery list this week?

Thursday is the day I plan dinner menus for the following week. I've been doing this for over 20 years and it turns out to be a good habit for someone trying to watch their weight. I'm always looking for new food and meal ideas but am somewhat hampered by living in a small southern town that hasn't got much demand for interesting foods, so not a lot of choice in the supermarket. Maybe you can inspire me by telling me what's on your grocery list this week. Here's what's on mine:

Produce: oranges, sweet potatos, parsnips, butternut squash, onions
Frozen food: Morningstar Farms meal starters crumbles
Canned food: vegetable, chicken & beef broth
Dairy: shredded RF cheddar cheese, RF blue cheese, RF cream cheese, egg substitute, FF
   lactose-free milk, unsweetened almond milk
Meat: ground turkey, country style pork ribs, boneless/skinless chicken thighs
Other: shelled pistachios, raisins, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, & lemon panko

Sure! I used to post my week's dinner menus every Friday, but got out of the habit when I went to work at JC Penney, where my work schedule is never the same from one week to the next. Here's the plan for the coming week:

Sunday: braised country style pork ribs with root veggies, & noodles for my husband
Monday: bean & veggy soup with the Morningstar crumbles for added protein, & biscuits for my
husband (I might have a few bites of one - it doesn't always go down well)
Tuesday: barley pilaf with greens and seafood (squid & shrimp)
Wednesday: oven-fried chicken thighs with pistachio coating, turnip greens, herb  roasted
   potatoes
Thursday: sesame pepper tuna steak, blue cheese & broccoli casserole, leftover potatoes
Friday: leftovers (I have to work that night)
Saturday: garbanzo patties with Italian turkey sausage and butternut squash

Things I buy regularly at the store:

Flavored bottled waters (1 liter) x 24
ground turkey
pork ribs or chops (depending on sales)
Chicken breast fillets
chicken leg quarters
Tilapia individually wrapped
eggs
milk
Protein power (for my coffee in am, I like the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor)
canned chili beans
Canned veggies
grilled chicken strips (frozen)
Shredded cheese
LF Sour Cream
Canned tangerines (mostly for son, but sometimes I have a bite)
raw baby carrots,
Avocado (sometimes)
Sweet Onions
Roasted Nuts
Yogurt
Completes  (they are little "TV" type dinners that are good for lunches at work, just have to watch that buy ones high in protein and low carbs, can be tricky but there are some good ones.)

I also buy potatoes for my son and Steve, they enjoy baked potatoes, sometimes I will "top" one and eat a bite just to feel like not be neglected.

That's pretty much my every strip list
I am a work in progress...perhaps never completed or perfected; but forever working to change for the better...
