That happens to me occasionally. With me, it's usually due to one or more things:

> high carbohydrate intake - not necessarily "gassy" foods like beans, just carbs in general;
   raw apples (even peeled) are especially troublesome for me

> I'm swallowing a lot of air when I eat and drink (without even being aware of it)

> high intake of artificial sweeteners

> high intake of dairy products

> constipation

I've switched from regular dairy milk to lactose-free milk and almond milk, and that helped a lot. I'm also doing my best to cut down on my cheese consumption and to avoid artificial sweeteners (or products made with them). Recently the bloat started up again and I finally realized that I hadn't been drinking enough lliquids to compensate for the Benefiber powder I'd started using every day.

I think I swollow my water too fast and take in air also I use sweet/low and trying to cut down on cheese. I was eating alot of cheese for ahile and because of salt content I slowed down in that area and take Miro-lax every night before bed. So thanks again for your help..Iwill try to be more aware of things in this area,,

I'm all of the sudden lactose intolerant and had to switch to soy milk.
