Had my surgery Nov 2nd
Had my surgery on Wednesday, they got me scheduled so fast didnt even have time to post or update my profiles.
Pain is not bad at all, very easily managable with meds. Got some meds for nausea now I feel great!
What is your best advice for just after surgery?
Any liquid diet suggestions? Did you have a favorite food or recipe?

MyFitnessPal - Nutrition Facts For Foods
Congrats! i'm just now out of the full liquid stage...
the first week of clear liquids is not that bad. Isopure hs been dubbed "barf in a bottle" in my house, but in all honesty, i really was not hungry.
for the full liquids stage, i've been using the unjury chocolate and vanilla protein powders. adding a dash of cinammon adds a twist . soup is a good thing.
