It usually takes several fills before you get any restriction and then a few more to fine tune it. So if you've only had one fill it's not unusual for you to not lose much. Once you start feeling some restriction it will start coming off. I would suggest you log every bite you eat so you know exactly how much you are eating. There are several sites where you can log your daily intake also some form of exercise is very important too even if it is just walking. Be patient it should turn around soon.
