Scared to get sick...SICK

Hi everyone! FInally at my sweet spot after probaby 20+ fills WOO HOOO!!! But now that i am, alls i can think about is what happens when/if I get the flu? I cannot even imagine getting sick and puking. The force of everything coming up thru the band scares the crap out of me!!! Im sure someone on here has gotten sick. Did you have any problems or complications?

It is a a concern to get sick and violantly throw up, if it happens call your doc. and they will probably prescribe anti-nauseau medication. Try not to worry too much.
