  Good Morning Everyone,

Hope everyone is having a productive week.    I know mine is going well.   We ALL have so very much in our lives to be grateful for everyday.    No matter how big or how small they may be.    I am so grateful today for the invention of computers.    If it not had been for their invention I wouldn't have the opportunity to communicate with you on a daily baisis.    Grateful also for electricity, air conditioning, heating in the winters,  grateful for all the modern inventions that our generation has that we take for granted. every day.    Grateful for the same thing that I am grateful for everyday....family, friends. WLS. Faith & answered prayers.     Grateful for Obesity Help and ALL the wonderful people I have met going to the conferences and on all the message boards.    Grateful for waking up this morning and another opportunity to do better with all of lifes choices today.    PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today.    Have a blessed day.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

I am grateful to find such an uplifting post in the forum!

Actually, I am grateful for my WLS helping me be an active person. I was a lifelong couch potato. As a post-op I find myself watching little to no TV. I love the outdoors and times on my bicycle and hiking. I never knew the park system was so extensive. I joined our county parks bike patrol and love being out and meeting people.

This week I start a yoga class. I've never done yoga but it intrigues me. I am so grateful that I can attend the class with some of my best bariatric buddies. I am grateful for this new active life and the benefits it gives me in regards to my health and general well-being. -- Tom
