Am I totally over-reacting????
Yes, you are over-reacting! I was raving mad at times immediately after my surgery. My blog shows it in detail. I figured I had paid for this surgery and it damn better work. I had little patience. It was a slow loss for a few months. At about four months post-op, my fill reached the level it pretty much is at today 3 years later. I had a slow and steady loss for the next 15-18 months. That's my story. (I truly was hell on wheels from about 1-3 months post-op.) -- Tom

Yep! Overreacting. Don't worry though. That's normal too! Just do what the Dr. says and you'll be fine. Remember, if you're like most of us, your body has spent a lot more years doing the wrong thing than the right thing. It takes time to retrain your system to adapt to your new program. Its probably thinking, "what the heck!???" Lay off the scales and start moving more (she says knowing she should be taking her own advice). That oughta shake things up a bit!
That's a good question! i have yo-yo'd for the past 2 weeks and the day before yesterday i was at 205, yesterday 209 but today i was 207 and then this evening i was at 208... i'm confused! I think your body may just be getting adjusted? i would go back to your doctor or nutritionist and ask about what you should do... i'm going to call them on Monday... I've been sticking to the diet too and started exercise... my surgery was on 10/11... i was only able to lose 8 lbs before surgery... so i don't know, you might want to just seek the advice of your doctor... that's what i'm about to do! Good luck!! Hope you start losing again! :o)
