I go to the doc tomorrow and am kind of bummed because I have only lost about 4 pounds in 8 weeks. Last week my ring feel off twice at work. I had already moved it to a different finger.
NSV: I just decided to:)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooo happy!!!

Hey, 4 pounds in 8 weeks is still 4 pounds down. And a loose ring is a great NSV, provided you don't lose the ring altogether!

I agree with Jean 4 pds down is still 4 pds down. No gain is wonderful. I have had to put my wedding ring on a chain because I ran out of fingers it would fit on. LOL. Its the little victories that make us so happy :) keep up the good work.

NSV: I just decided to try on my wedding band and it fit for the first time in over 7 years. I am soooo happy!!!
