Morning Nausea: No, Not THAT...

I'm not pregnant.   I am however finding myself dry-heaving in the morning just after waking. After searching though old posts, it seems I'm not alone but I haven't been able to find a solution.  I'm at great restriction. I keep my band on the loose side rather than risk being too tight. I don't have any PB, sliming, reflux, etc but the drainage of my sinuses into my stomach all night causes the nausea, I'm certain.  Any suggestions how to combat this? A sip of water before I even get up out of bed? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks!!!

I'd try taking a bottle of water to bed with you and drink from it anytime you wake up, that'll also help thin the sinus drainage too. Sometimes being low on water from sleeping all night can cause nausea. Hope that takes care of it for you!
