Well tomorrow is the big day I have to be at the hospital by 6am. I am not nervous about surgery or after because, I am just ready and excited. I did before pics before i started my pre-op diet and I am going to do pre surgery pics tonight....I wont be in the mood at 4am when I have to be up to do them in the morning :).......

Congrats! Its the best thing I ever did! I've been off the bandwagon for a while but got back on today thanks to my band that has never failed me. Be patient and give yourself time to spring back. Have GasX Strips and heating pad waiting at home for post-surgery gas. I'm sure others on here have already told you that. And then walk, Walk, WALK (even when you don't feel like it) and sip, Sip, SIP! If you can do that, you'll be fine!
