8th day of vomiting

Looking to see if anyone else has ever experienced this.  I've been vomiting for a week.  Anything and everything, broth, jello, slurpee, applesauce and regular foods.  Also have abdominal pain and back pain to my shoulders. Finally went to pcp on Friday. Bloodworm is fine, iron low. Ultrasound of gall bladder was negative. I've been banded over two years and haven't had a fill in about a year.  Also got my period mid cycle, pcp thinks due to vomiting so long.

Any thoughts, suggestions, feedback,experiences?  Thanks!

Did your doc do a fluoroscopy Xray or anything to check for a slip or prolapse?
It sounds like your band is in the wrong place to me.

However, I had a prolapsed band AND my stomach was twisted in to a Figure 8 and the CT scan showed nothing.

A new surgeon and a fluoroscopy Xray showed it, though.

I was unable to eat solid foods without barfing and horrible pain.

You really need help with this soon. I became anemic and malnourished from being unable to eat solid foods for so long. It wasn't fun and I hope you can avoid it.

This is not normal and whether it is or is not band related, needs treating. What is your pcp doing? Something, I hope! And what does your band doc say?

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Oh wow,

If you haven't already had fluid pulled from your band please do.  It sounds like you may have a slip.

 THIS IS SERIOUS!

If your band isn't EMPTY, GET IT EMPTIED. Not tomorrow, NOW.

If you are keeping NOTHING down and haven't been hydrated yet, get to the ER and GET hydrated.

Tell your surgeon and your PCP to pull their thumbs out of their asses and HELP YOU.

If their thumbs are in their asses, they should sanitize first, too.
