Lap Band on 10/18

Well, I am happy to say I am on the other side.  The journey was hard, and I look forward to support from you, my psychologist, my nutritionist, and my family.

hi Gina-my surgery was on the 20th....so we are in this together!    i'm reading Jon Gabriel's book on weight loss...it's interesting, and forcing me to look at some of my issues. 

how are you feeling?  i still have the pain in my left shoulder.  but i know i'm doing this for all of the right reasons....
