Down 64 lbs. and my eldest son says MOM I AM PROUD OF YOU!

 Pretty excited to step on the scale at my nutritionist office. 
 I was freaking out in the morning when I went to put on a pair of pants and they were so loose!
  Not used to this but it is a good feeling for sure.......

More so, my son Matt who is 23 saw me for the first time since he went up to college. 
He was blown away. "I've never seen you look so 'flat' mom.!" LOL

very very happy for you!  it must be wonderful to have your son notice like that!  (my 17 year old daughter keeps saying...mom, we'll be able to share sweaters!)

three days out....still in pain, but the shoulder pain seems to be not so bad.

I have a 21 year old son and this morning when I hit 50lbs he told me he was really proud of me:) That meant the world to me. Keep up the good work. 

Way to go! Isn't it great to put on clothes only to find out they don't fit? And now it's because they are too big instead of too small. And the compliment from your son is icing on the cake. (fat fee icing that is lol)
