2 days post op.....lots of pain!!!

what you are feeling is all quite normal.

i like the advice of "walking" to get rid of the gas pain....

and yes i had more pain in one area than the others.

ok--i do have a follow up question...is the diarrehea i'm experiencing "normal'?  i'm sorry if tmi....but had to ask.

Hi Betsey,
I was told is might happen and could happen for a few days. Just stay hydrated and keep walking.

Wow!!! Thank you everyone for all the help!!! I threw up a couple of times yesterday and called my dr. I was scared it was going to do something to my band. Luckily he called me in some sapasitories that were anti-nausia, and i was FINALLY able to get some good rest. YEAH!!!

I dont know if i am getting enough liquids, so Im trying to have ice chips with me at all times. Thank you again for all your advice.

Yeah for being on the losers bench!!!!!!

I remember that pain, especially in the shoulder. It is miserable but normal. Like others have said, walking will help a lot. I was in so much pain I didn't walk like I should have. THen I realized the more I walked the ess pain I was in.
