Having a hard time
I don't know anything about your height or body type but I wonder if you are having the problem I had.
I found that my body just didn't like being 140 lbs. You say you were 110, which, unless you are tiny, is quite a low weight. I had to really fight to stay in the low 140s. But then I relaxed, went up about 10lbs an my body seems to like being where I am now.
I am still careful about food choices most of the time but in a much more relaxed and easy to maintain manner. I just couldn't cope with the deprivation needed to keep my weight lower.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
You've done great! And I have the same problem when I've vacationed or have gone off track for an event. I don't think it's bad to enjoy the pleasure of eating a bit differently during vacation, but I find everytime I return, I have a hard time getting back on track. For me, I've learned to just return to my pre-op diet of NO carbs and all protein. The protein, I eat, keeps me satiated and over a few days my cravings are gone. It helps me lose weight pretty fast in those first few days and it sets my mind back to the beginning and why I got the Lapband in the first place.
Good Luck to you!
