Full liquids for 2 days, then a day of soft foods, then regular diet. That's what MY doc recommends, anyway.

And keep in mind that it's possible you may feel the fill right away, or it could take a couple of weeks. Don't start worrying too early.

Don't forget the whining while on the liquids. I have to do plenty. At least now I can have cream soups rather than clear liquids. I was emotionally scarred for life by the post surgery liquids.  You can work out as you like, just remember that for a couple of days you won't get the calories that you normally do so watch for possible light headedness, etc. I come by it naturally so I am clueless if I have had such a thing happen.

the liquids do not bother me with the fall/winter weather I love soups  I can do very limited excercise because of all my other health issues but I am gonna give it a shot tomorrow.  It is weird but I sometimes feel full with the broths before I would feel full with solids.  My body is a mystery to me I never know what is going on with it day to day  fine one day  train wreck the next

Dear all,
I had my first fil 2 days ago and my surgery was done on August 31st.
I have lost 23 pounds since my surgery, but since I got my fill, I feel like I'm eating more instead of less.
Anybody else experience this?

Thank you so much
