A pre-emptive post

I got my band  one year ago today im down 69 ponds feal great have gone off all diabetic meds went from 3x to xl, walk with out pain had my knees replaced in 2006.2 csections and had port fixed 2 times just because it wanted to tip  side ways as i lost the weight i am happy with my choice it is not the easy way out like people think it takes work to control the want more food at times just because you like the taste of it or because your friends and family are having more but i must say the band was worth it.
