I think I've done that to mine. What do I have to do besides getting another fill..Igot one last month and want to get my weight down. Question ....is two scramble eggs with a whole pepper for breakfast too much?

The band can't stretch. It gets looser as the fat round the stomach but under the band decreases. For me, that happened for about every 15lbs lost. You can stretch the area above the band but that actually takes some doing - overeating continually for a long time. If that does happen, you usually need an unfill to allow it to shrink back.

I couldn't eat that for breakfast as I am tight in the monring but in general for a meal, that is an OK amount.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Your BAND won't get stretched, but your stomach can. It's far more likely that your intra-abdominal fat has shrunk, making pressure on your stomach lessen, allowing it expand a little more.

If you're holding more food and not feeling as full as long as you used to, you probably need a fill.

thanks for the feed back. I really appreciate it. I defitely tried hard today just to eat a small portion that I know I should and not more than I have been. I really need another fill. when I got this fill last month I actually got  loose not tight. I threw out alot of the process foods that  I had in today. I'll see where this takes me. I had 10 more lbs. to reach my first goal and started going up and don't want to get discouraged.
