everyman to IRONMAN

 Hi All,

Here is the latest installment of my video chronicaling my transformation to an Ironman.  OH foums have played such a huge role in my journey.  The main board at first, the lapband forum after that, and the last 1.5 years the E&F forum.  Being engaged with others that understand your struggles is so important.
