Picture Uploading Suggestions

Can anyone help with the best way to upload my avatar all my files on my computer are registering too large thanks

As you can see, by no pic, I'm not good at the techno stuff.   However, I did have a vet send me directions to my e-mail. If you will message me, I'll send you directions to your e-mail.  I could only get as far as getting a pic on my account, but you may have more luck than me.

 It's easy. First, go to http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/

Choose the pic on your computer you want to use, and set the avatar size for 100. Click "resize." In a minute, you should get 3 similar versions of your pic, in "official" avatar size. Right-click to save the one(s) you want, then to to "My OH" (top of each OH page), "manage avatar" and set it up there.
