support groups in my area?

Hey,
I am 7 and 1/2 weeks post op and have been doing great.  I am interested in joining a support group in my area.  I am from northern New Jersey and the only group I know of meets once a month on Thursday nights and thats the 1 night a week I have class.  If anyone knows of a good support group in the Northern NJ  area Essex, Passaic, Union or Bergen counties can you please let me know.  I am so please at my success so far and want to make sure it continues.
