Lost about 10lbs... woohoo!

 I've been doing a liquid diet for the last 8 days and have lost about 10lbs (fluctuating from 8-10 because it's that time of month)...

I feel good and I am back to exercise. The exercise is really keeping me healthy and happy!! Who would have thought???

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

You are an inspiration, thank you for your blog. I had to have my band replaced and I have been on liquids (before and after surgery total) for a month! I have lost nearly all the baby weight I gained with my last pregnancy but I am bored of liquids!
But your pumpkin shake got me excited, can you tell me what you put in it??
