I miss being able to tolerate any type of meat, prepared in any way. I also miss mac & cheese, scalloped potatoes, eating a sub. The good news is that I can eat a high quality, tender, steak cooked to med rare. I only miss the other stuff once and a while and overall am happy to give them up.

I can eat the bite of sandwich, use straws, and drinks ice cold though I have to drink them more slowly. The broccoli is tricky. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't.

I haven't ate a sandwich in 5 years! I'd love a tomato with mayonaise sandwich in August when the home garden tomato's are ripe. Of course the doughy things, Sicialian pizza, bagels with cream cheese and pan cakes. Hmm guess I still have a carb addiction even after 5 years.

Even unfilled I have not had a sandwich on fresh soft bread.  In fact before I get fillled might just have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  Strange but I don't have a desire for or miss soda  .  If only that would happen with bad carbs.  Guess haven't been without them enough.

I better get with it..I've had pizza, and lot of other stuff that got me here..I need to change my bad habits again..I sort of got tired of eating foods that worked more than I cared to eat and then sorted eating foods that worked that are bad for you. I've been the same weight for 3 months I need to get with the program..Help pls. any suggestions.

I'm with Kate, I don't miss a thing. If I want it, I eat it. Just a lot less of it.

I could do that with food but I dont think I could stop at just one Dr Pepper if I had one
