Need help with sugar addiction

 same here... :(  I just can't stop at one or two..I go all the way.. and if I don't buy the stuff (cookies, cakes) I will search the house until something else does the trick.   ..I hate it...Lucky

I have nothing to add except "include me in this group of sugar addicts."

I have to just swear off all of it-no ice cream, no candy, no cake.  Just like an alcoholic can't have one drink, I can't have one morsel of goodies, or I am on a bender again.

I to am a sugar addict. I lost 70 gained all but 5 pounds back - sad. I just had neck surgery and told myself I was going to get back on track after that. I have lost 8 lbs in the last three weeks after surgery. Even the shake's have a sweet taste and having a hard time. I only have 3.2 cc fill and everytime I get more than that I throw up, even now I have to watch it. So I can not have more fills. I am so dissapointed in myself.

That is exactly my story!  I only have 1cc.  I had a slip and the doctor doesn't want to give any more fills.  I would get a small fill and get too tight.
