I LOVE Lasagna and on a freezing day like this...I broke down and made a pan... or two.  Anyway I ate the cheese and meat out of it but it is so hard to not eat the noodles....anyone have any ideas on how to make the dish and be able to eat it.. all?

I made lasagna the other day and used the whole grain lasagna noodles. They went down just fine! Had a piece that was about the size of a "thick" deck of cards and still had space for a serving of vegetables. My mistake was taking a couple of bites of garlic bread. So my advice, NO GARLIC BREAD! LOL!

I use the no-boil noodles.  They are thinner so they go down for me without a problem.  I have found that the boil noodles are thicker and don't go over so well.

I am interested in that zuchini idea though!!

I make the Baked Ricotta

1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parm cheese
1 egg
italian spices, salt/pepper

blend, top with marinara and some grated mozzerella

bake at about 400 for about 30 minutes
