Firm Express Dvds

I ordered these yesterday. Has anyone used them yet? I hope they work. You can loose 15lbs in  a month and lots of inches. I don't know about that weight loss lol. But you only have to workout 20min 3x a week. Has anyone tried the barriatric advantage orange cream shakes? They are so good. 27 grams of protein 1 sugar and 150 cals.
