There has not been one in a long long time. I have been at 185 lbs for 2 years now. Seemed like nothing I did would help me lose weight. I have struggled and struggled and then just decided that this is where my body was going to be. OK!

I am a diabetic and even though I am no longer on insulin shots, I still take oral meds, doc says I probably always will. I was taking Metformin, causing me serious stomach problems. So last visit, doc decided to change my Metformin to Glumetza, supposedly easier on the stomach. She also took me off of Amyrl and put me on a daily injection by the name of whichI cant remember at the moment. She said it could help stimulate weight loss. That was a week and a half ago. This morning I weighed 179. I havent been below 180 in two years. I am so happy. I just hope it continues. Thanks for listening, just wanted to share with someone.

Good for you. Weight loss is always harder for diabetics. I have a friend who is diabetic. Wish I knew what the injection was because she struggles so with her weight. Wishing you the best on your journey!
