pre-op cardiac testing

What cardiac clearance testing did you have?
ekg? stress test? nuclear stress test?

i had the ekg and nuclear stress test.  thought i was going in for a readmill test and got the adrynalin(sp) shot, thought i was going to go nuts.....didnt like it a bit.

Did the ekg and treadmill.

I had an EKG -- it showed some erroneous results, so I followed up with a treadmill stress test and an echo

Turns out that I have a small amount of aortic stenosis that was never previously diagnosed.
It did not stop my surgery --- and at the 1 year and 2 year marks, repeat tests indicate that it has not gotten any worse ------ so probably have had this my whole life
