Please tell me how to cope. I am so tired of these shakes.

You are definately going through the hardest part.  I got sick of the sweetness of the shakes, even though I found some I liked.  Does your doc let you have broth?  Though most are high in sodium, it helped cut the sweet.  Hold on a little longer.  When your doc lets you move to mushies, you'll think they are the best thing in the world. I know I did.

Broth, Greek yogurt, sf pudding, sf jello(you can add unflavored protein to those), Crystal Light popsicles.

Not surprised! I find them revolting. I tried one, hated it andnever had another.

Make your own. Basic soup, either home made or a healthy option bought oe. Add a can if one of chick pea/ lentils/ red kidney beans / soya for protein. Blend until right consistency ( mayneed to add more liquid). Make any flavour you like.

speak to your Dr or nurtitionist because I had the same problem & they moved me to soft mushy foods earlier. But every Dr is different so I would check with them.
