Looking Back...Should have asked WHAT ???

Emergency protocol -- who to call if the band is too tight and you are sick?  What to do afterhours or if you are away from home?
    (my doc says to always, always, always call him first, and he will talk to ER personnel or anyone before they touch me or my band)

FIll protocol --- what happens if my insurance changes, disappears?

Pre-op requirments --- diets, exercise, lab tests, psych tests, other

Post-op requirements -- diet, exercise, personal care (showering/bathing), driving, drinking alcohol, etc
