Antibiotics

Hello I hope someone can help me.  I had some dental work done today and he gave me a Zpack to take.  I read the info and was concerned that it could affect my surgery date.  Has anyone had an experience with this? Thanks for any help you can offer

Best advice I can give is check with your surgeon or pharmacist as to whether this would interfere with it. I've taken it before but not right before surgery. Good luck!

 I don't know if this helps. because I had an aortic valve replacement every time I have something done they give me antibiotics. On the morning of my lapbanding they gave me 3 antibiotics. No problem.

Thanks for all your help I searched it on the site and alot of people had taken this med prior to surgery
