weight lost
I met my goal in about 10 months- lost 107 pounds. I stuck to a strict diet- lowcarb/lowfat/high protien. Lots of eggs, chicken, fish, veggies. I ate low fat cheese and 1/4c nuts for a snack. I also began working out about 4 months postop- it's such a huge piece of the puzzle. Too many benefits, just one being weight loss not to do it.
