Good breakfast choices

Hi all... I was banded back in December.  I have been in "band 101" since then!  haha...  I am really learning how to live with my band and I am happy with it so far.  My question is about breakfast.  I have learned that if I eat a really dense breakfast full of protein it lasts me for hours.  The best breakfast I have found is a portein bar with 2 tbsp of peanut butter.  I can go for hours on that as the bar gives me 20 grams of protein.  Yogurt, shakes, eggs, carbs don't do it for me. Any other options that has worked for anyone that is dense like that?  Any thoughts/suggestions?  Just wondering if that's the healthiest choice...

I eat an everything bagel thin with egg whites and cheese every morning and that satisfies me until lunch time. It's 19 gms of protein for breakfast which is good for me. I used to eat yogurt every morning and that did not seem to stick with me for very long in terms of being satisfied even though that has the same, if not more, protein. Same thing with protein shakes. I did those forever for breakfast but never really felt totally satisifed for long periods of time. I eat that probably about 8:00am and then I eat lunch at 12pm everyday and by then I'm hungry. Not everyone can eat bread let alone in the morning so I'm not sure how it is with you. I'm cool wilth it.

Just a suggestion!

Every morning I have 3/4 cup of Kashi cereal, the high protein one with 13 grams of protein, with 1/2 c of skim milk. I was jist given a sample of Visulas drink mix. I plan on trying it in the morening since I was never a brakfast eater until starting the who weight loss journey.

I make an egg muffin out of  egg beaters, veggies, meat and a little cheese. Just mix the egg mixture with all the other goodies and bake in muffin tins. I make a bunch and put them in the freezer for a quick micro wave breakfast. They last me way longer than regular scrambled eggs.

I like to get them Mission low carb soft tortillas. They have 13 grams of fiber in each one. I like to take one of them put eggs, cheese , bacon or sausage in them and make a burrito . The fiber in the tortilla shell really keeps me full. I can eat one of them and go at least four hrs most days.

I get tired of eating eggs all the time so I have been eating Kellogg's Fiber One Cereal with antioxidants in it  with milk. for cereal I can eat that around 9 am and not be hungry till around noon sometimes one .

I have a couple  go to breakfasts:
1. Fage 0% greek yogurt with 1/2 cup blueberries, splash of vanilla extract and 1 tsp slivered almonds - 20+ grams protein - the blueberries and the almonds add the fiber tomake the yogurt "stick to your ribs" and last
2. 1/4 of an egg beater frittata made with 16 oz egg beaters, 2 cans of whole green chiles layered with 1 pkg Kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese and baked at 350 for about 35 minutes....about again 20+ grams of protein - the whole green chiles add the fiber here to make it last along with all the protein

The good thing here is that either one is 200 calories or less for the 20+ grams of protein.

I love eating a half of a piece of whole wheat toast, one poached egg, and a Morningstar farms veggie sausage.  Toast the bread, place the sausage and the egg on top with a half serving of goat cheese crumbles!  Yum!  Filling and so yummy!  I have also used one side of a bagel thin toasted really well and it works too!  I have a really good fill right now, so I can't even eat that entire breakfast. I have to leave a 3 or 4 bites!!!!
