Hi JoJo:  welcome to bandster hell. Sorry you are having a rough time.  Are  you drinking enough water?  In the first days after surgery, dehydration can cause alot of problems.  You are recovering from a major surgery!  Your body needs time to heal. If you keep "refunding" your food, you may need to get checked to make sure you're getting enough fluids.

I wouldn't worry about the fills... it feels awful now b/c of the trauma you've body has been through but routine fills are so easy-peasy.  For me, it took three fills & a slight unfill to get "just right" and I haven't had an adjustment since last May. Its like my band is not even there...except it really helps me not to over-eat and it helps me to KEEP off the weight Ive lost so far.

Welcome to the loser's bench..hope you are feeling better soon.  I recommend getting Jean's Bandwagon book. Its like an encyclopedia of lapband knowledge at your fingertips, written by someone who has been banded herself and is a regular here.  My copy of the book is quite dog-eared!

Hugs
Jo

I too had my surgery on the 22nd...spent the weekend with horrible throat pain...turns out I had thrush.  no nausea or vomiting, but have terrible acid reflux today ( I think that's what it is) after taking my vitamins for the first time.  Looking around on here for advice.  Hope you are feeling better soon!
