Have any post ops done Shakeology? Compare to regular Whey protein?

I am on the fence.  My nut doesn't really like liquid calories.  But shakeology seems do be really nutritious, have lots of vitamins, and helps my energy. 

Please compare and contrast for me, if you know about this.
