Went to a crab feast today and it was a feast! I didn't eat any of the brownies, cookies, or cheese cake that was spread across the table....BUT I eat so many crabs I feel like I am going to explode! It was 4 hours long I took a break and ate some more. I have no guilt I enjoyed every last bite. What can I say I am a Maryland girl.

I LOVE crab! Plus it's high protein. I go to the Chinese buffet about once a wk. and get their crab legs. Yum! And I love crab cakes even more.

My dad was from Maryland. Everytime we went to visit they knew we were going to ask for steamed crabs. I love Maryland crab! YUMMY
