 Melanie, if you are asking about a revision "FROM" the lap-band then you should check on the message board of the surgery you want to revise to. You will get a lot more responses.

My daughter is in the process of having her revision surgery with Kaiser.

The insurance coverage will depend on the provisions of your policy. Someone else with Kaiser insurance might have an entirely different policy with different coverage, so the best way to get an answer to this question is to call the Kaiser customer service line.
