Los Angeles Support Group for post Lap-Band patients?

Hi,

I'm new to the LA area and was wondering if there are any local support groups for post LapBand patients?  I have no insurance currently, so preferably something no/low-cost is what I'm seeking.

I've backslid a little (twenty pounds), and recognize the importance of support, and NEVER want to be where I was at my heaviest (381) so I'm very interested in regaining control before things go south once more.

My lowest was around 281 post-surgery but yesterday the scale was at 301! I never thought I'd see the wrong side of 300 again so I am quite angry and upset with myself. Binge-eating has always been my downfall and I struggle with it, always will.  I've worked through therapy and have some great tools but I think being part of a support group is crucial to my long-term success and health.
