What are we eating this Sunday?
I'm mostly a lurker and also a night owl so I'm going to start trying to post this when I get a chance hopefully no one minds. I'm not much of a planner but I'll go ahead and try to say what I'm gonna eat.
Breakfast-Protein shake with coffee 1/2 banana
Lunch 2 slices turkey rolled up with Laughing cow spreadable cheese and mustard and about 10 goldfish crackers
Snack- Yogurt
not sure past that. I just got a fill last week not handling much veggies.

B: Click vanilla latte protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
S: granola bar
L: Morningstar chik patty, sliced tomatoes
S: a Babybel cheese
D: turkey meatloaf, baked sweet potato, summer squash
S: baked apple

Early - Coffee w/Splenda & FF Half & Half
Breakfast - Isopure Grape Frost (I know most don't like it, but I do)
Lunch - Chicken Salad wrapped in lettuce leaves, 1/2 orange
More Coffee
Dinner - brown rice sushi, sesame crusted salmon w/ veggies
No workout today, it's my rest day.
