A GREAT Day!
Hey Bandsters!!
Tomorrow will be make one month since ive been banded and im down 21 lbs! At first I didnt notice it too much...only smiled when people told me how loose my clothes are fitting and how slender my face looks. But today? Is a GREAT day! For anyone living in NY I am going to spend the day at the St. Gennaro Festival w/ my bf and looking for something to wear I tried on a pair of jeans I havent worn in two years and guess what??? THEY FIT!!!! Better than when I originally bought them... they slid on so easily and looked so nice on me :-) I know its a litl silly but I cried... What an AWESOME way to start the day... To anyone reading this I hope there is something... even if its small that turns your day into a GREAT day!!

With exercise I go for a min of 3x a week and combine cardio, free weights and sauna.
