Gurgling in my stomach

I have a question out there for you all.  I had my first fill on September 1st.  I wasn't sure what to expect, the food intake didn't seem to change but I  was able to stay full much longer then I was before hand.

The other day my stomach started to feel tight and uncomfortable, and I am wondering if this is because I started to eat meat.  Along with the discomfort (not pain), I have had constant gurgling in my belly (3 days now).  I called my doctors office and they said it was normal to feel that pressure.

Also, I was dropping weight until about a week ago when I went on a trip, when I came back I weighed 3 pounds more.  My diet didn't change either.

Any suggestions?

If you journal, check out what you ate.  Sometimes the way food is prepared will make you retain water.  I know you said your diet did not change.  Did you drink less fluids or walk less.  A lot of things could factor in.  Is it that time of month?

You said you just recently started eating meat; that could affect it too.  From everything I've read, it sounds like that's normal...weight can plateau or even go up with any little change.  Also, I've experienced some gurgling in my stomach, too.  Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Remember to keep the big picture, the long term results in mind.  How about exercise?  Have you been doing any?  That is my nemesis, for sure!  I HATE IT!  But it does help kickstart the metabolism.
