The new Firm DVD's

Hi has anyone ordered and tried the new Firm Dvd's? I was just wondering if they really work.

Yes...I actually have The Firm DVD whole package. I want to get the Express and the Wave because the other is great and I did well but with my Hashimotos it came to a halt at certain points (working on getting that undercontrol so I can start back firming)...but the Firm is excellent.
