Lost 3.6lbs this week!!
Just celebrating a little victory... I am more than 3 years out and have been stalled forever.... but just finally dropped 3.6lbs! I've been working really hard and it is paying off! YAY!
I am planning all my meals ahead of time... the night before... sticking to dense protein and interesting veggies and grains such as quinoa, edamame, spaghetti squash, etc.
At lunch time at work, I get in my gym gear and run for 30 minutes outside. Then I try to hit the gym again after I come home, if I have the energy.
Married life is good, though I am living with my mother... so it's hard not to have our own place!
