Banded!

 Hey guys!

So I got banded on Tuesday 9/6.  I was sent home the same day with a lovely On-Q pain pouch.  Not very attractive or very comfy.  I feel great so far.  I started shakes and they are staying down fine.  SF Ice Pops are my absolute best friends!  

How is everyone else doing?

Congratulations!!!  I hope you continue to do well...I'm 3 wks post op and still no problems!

Thank you!  Had a tiny issue.  My shakes were not sitting to well.  Changed them for another and no problem.

 Hi, I got banded last friday. No problems so far and I don't expect any since I am planning to adhere perfectly to all my band instructions!
I am still drinking only clear liquids and had no need for painkillers. This is just amazing.
Even after hours and hours reading everything there is to read about lap band I had no idea how it would affect me.
I am looking forward now to my wheightloss journey

I feel really good.  I still have some slight discomfort when trying to move around in bed.  Once the On-Q Pump came out I was alot better.  But I'm on my shakes and they have stayed down. I ended up changing Protein shakes b/c it would send me straight to bathroom.  I went to GNC and spoke to someont there and he said it could be the quality of the shake.  Got one of theirs and it's alot better.
