A proud moment for me!

A few months after I published Bandwagon, I did a reader survey and learned that a cookbook was at the top of my readers' wish list. So I got right to work on a cookbook. I already had the recipes - I just needed do the nutritional analysis and typeset the book. That proved to be more difficult than I expected, especially because typos in a cookbook can have disastrous results!

But all's well that ends well. Bandwagon Cookery has been printed. I received my first copy last week and it is bee-yoo-tiful! It will be advertised here on the band forum starting next week. I'm delighted and just had to share this proud moment with my bandster buddies and tell you all:

P.S. I'm sure someone will accuse me of the awful crime of selling a book... I tried selling my body instead and the cute fellas at the senior center are always short of cash.

You GO Girl! I can't wait to get a copy! I'm betting it will get as dog-eared as my Bandwagon book.

Speaking of "support"...I finally got around to seeing a "bra fitting specialist" at JCP.
The girls have never looked better! Amazing what the right bra can do!

5.0 cc in a 10cc lapband (four fills) 1 unfill of .5cc on 5/24/2011.
.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since

last small unfill.

HW: 267lbs- size 22-24 LW:194lbs CW:198lbs Size 14-16

I'm glad you got a good bra at JCP. Often I can wear a smaller size top when I'm wearing a properly fitted bra, and that's always an ego boost!

P.S. Today I bought a marked-down Girls' XL tee shirt and it fit perfectly, maybe even a bit too roomy!
